The Secretariat, headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco, serves as the administrative and operational backbone of ACI Africa. It ensures the efficient and effective functioning of the organisation, supporting the delivery of its mandate and strategic objectives.

The Secretariat is responsible for ensuring compliance with ACI Africa's Statutes and internal procedures, as well as for monitoring the implementation of decisions, work programmes, and activities approved by the Board and the General Assembly.
